刪除 1207Gym 帳戶及資料

提出刪除要求

1. 盡量使用註冊 1207Gym 帳戶時所用的電郵地址。
2. 電郵標題請填寫「1207Gym 帳戶刪除申請」。
3. 在電郵內提供註冊電郵地址；請勿附上密碼、健康紀錄、相片或付款資料。

電郵提出刪除要求

為保障帳戶安全，1207 STUDIO 可能需要先核實申請人身分，完成後會以電郵確認。

刪除範圍

核實要求後，我們會刪除帳戶及與帳戶相關的會員資料、訓練計劃、月曆安排、訓練紀錄、體重資料、教練連結、通知裝置資料及其他可識別的雲端資料。

飲食相片預設只保留在裝置本機，並無上載至 1207Gym 雲端；你可在 App 內刪除相片或移除 App 的本機資料。

訂閱及必要保留資料

刪除 1207Gym 帳戶不會自動取消 Google Play 或 Apple App Store 訂閱。如有有效訂閱，請先在相應商店的訂閱設定取消，以免下一期繼續收費。

如法律、會計、付款爭議、防止欺詐或系統保安所需，我們可能在必要期限內保留最少量的交易識別資料及安全 audit log；該等資料不會繼續用於提供一般帳戶功能。

Delete your 1207Gym account

You may request deletion even if the app is no longer installed. Email 1207studiohk@gmail.com from your registered address where possible, use the subject “1207Gym Account Deletion Request”, and include only your registered email address. Do not send passwords, health records, photos or payment credentials.

After identity verification, we will delete the account and identifiable cloud data associated with it. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play or the Apple App Store. Minimal transaction or security records may be retained where reasonably required for legal, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
